Lightsprint is a collaborative product development platform where engineers and PMs ship together on a real codebase. People describe changes in plain English, see visual options styled to their app, preview live, and ship production-ready pull requests.

Design is the heart of that experience. As our Product Designer, you'll own the look and feel of the workbench end to end, from the first plan a user writes to the pull request they ship. You'll work directly with the founders and engineers, move fast, and treat the product as a living thing you keep sharpening.

• Own product design across the workbench: flows, interfaces, interactions, and the details that make it feel inevitable.
• Partner with engineers in the same task, shipping real changes to the codebase rather than handing off static mockups.
• Turn real user workflows and feedback into design decisions, then validate them live in the product.
• Set the visual and interaction bar for the whole product, and keep raising it.

• Adept with AI tools like Claude Code and Claude design, and excited to make them core to how you work.
• Opinionated on design, with a clear point of view and the taste to back it up.
• A champion of the user experience who obsesses over how things feel in real use, not just how they look in a frame.
• Driven and self-directed: you set your own direction, run with ambiguity, and ship without waiting to be told what to do.
• Best to have designed devtools before, and to understand the engineers and PMs who live in them.
